SiLÕam Band Bio    

SiLOam band takes the stage with authority and passion beyond their years. Alden Skidd, the 14 year old lead singer, is a gifted songwriter and guitarist, whose passionate vocals sing of Gods mercy. 

Georgia, provides a solid foundation for the band through her classical training and rock influences on keyboards. Georgia's voice adds an airy texture to the strong harmonies. 

Gabrielle plays an electric 5 string violin with boldness and energy. Although classically trained she is not afraid to use her pedal board to challenge the guitar solos. 

Auguste, the youngest member, is a powerhouse on vocals and an accomplished organ player, who co-wrote with Georgia the track "Breakdown". 

Music has always been a part of their education, but little did they know what God had planned... 

SiLOam Band started two years ago when their home church wanted to start a praise band with their youth. Soon they were asked to play at local coffee houses, pastors conferences and area churches and festivals. That same year the band began to write and record their original music. SiLOam released the EP "Beyond" in Dec 05 and is excited about the release of their full length entitled "Mercy's Plan" in November. 

SiLOam Band is a Christian rock band comprised of four siblings sent out to proclaim His word...They sing of God's mercy and goodness and speak the truth to their generation. 

Highlights: Autumn Blaze Battle of the Bands finalist, appearance on focus Four Show on Cornerstone TV, New Englands premiere Christian music festival SOULFEST, half-time show at hockey game at Springfield Civic Center, winners of New England Musicians Expo national talent showcase, and live interview on WSOU 89.5 FM this fall.
